This is a legally binding agreement between:
EasyAssist.online (“Consultant”)
and
[Client Name] (“Client”)
1. Permitted Services
Consultant provides:
- Configuration assistance for operating systems
- Software troubleshooting guidance
- Data backup process assistance
- Email client setup help
- Network connectivity advice
Explicit Exclusions:
✖ No hardware diagnosis/repair
✖ No warranty or licensed software support
✖ No services requiring manufacturer credentials
2. Client Acknowledgments
Client confirms:
- All software is properly licensed
- Data is backed up prior to service
- Understands Consultant is an independent provider
3. Financial Terms
- Fees: $[X]/hour or flat-rate as quoted
- Payment due upon completion via:
- Credit card (processed through Stripe)
- PayPal
- Refunds only for unperformed services
4. Remote Support Terms
- Sessions are client-initiated
- Client may terminate access anytime
- No permanent software installed
5. Limitation of Responsibility
Consultant is not liable for:
- Pre-existing system conditions
- Data loss (Client responsibility to back up)
- Third-party service interruptions
6. Data Handling
- Minimal data accessed only as needed
- No data stored after service completion
- Full details in Privacy Policy
7. General Provisions
- Independent Contractor Relationship:
