IT Consulting Services Agreement

This is a legally binding agreement between:
EasyAssist.online (“Consultant”)
and
[Client Name] (“Client”)

1. Permitted Services

Consultant provides:

  • Configuration assistance for operating systems
  • Software troubleshooting guidance
  • Data backup process assistance
  • Email client setup help
  • Network connectivity advice

Explicit Exclusions:
✖ No hardware diagnosis/repair
✖ No warranty or licensed software support
✖ No services requiring manufacturer credentials

2. Client Acknowledgments

Client confirms:

  • All software is properly licensed
  • Data is backed up prior to service
  • Understands Consultant is an independent provider

3. Financial Terms

  • Fees: $[X]/hour or flat-rate as quoted
  • Payment due upon completion via:
    • Credit card (processed through Stripe)
    • PayPal
  • Refunds only for unperformed services

4. Remote Support Terms

  • Sessions are client-initiated
  • Client may terminate access anytime
  • No permanent software installed

5. Limitation of Responsibility

Consultant is not liable for:

  • Pre-existing system conditions
  • Data loss (Client responsibility to back up)
  • Third-party service interruptions

6. Data Handling

  • Minimal data accessed only as needed
  • No data stored after service completion
  • Full details in Privacy Policy

7. General Provisions

  • Independent Contractor Relationship:
    “EasyAssist.online is not affiliated with nor endorsed by Microsoft, Apple, or any technology manufacturer.”
  • No Guarantees:
    “Outcomes may vary based on system conditions.”
  • Governing Law: Kentucky
